Only issue in this is there are Zero Teeth in this from us/We The People. The Teeth should be, those who agree and stand should be able to freely refuse to pay taxes/withhold taxes, and not be legally/fiscally held up for our taxes if his Admin doesn’t hold up their end.

Wealthy people don't pay taxes so why should poor people?
They pay a LOT of taxes, but because they make so much money, it doesn't interfere with their lifestyle.
