There is no need to use “they” or “the enemy” except as shorthand. We know who “they”, the enemy, is. The Committee of 300 with its “aristocracy”, its ownership of the U.S. Federal Reserve banking system, insurance companies, giant corporations, foundations, communications networks, presided over by a hierarchy of conspirators ~ this is the enemy.
Secret societies exist by deception.
Each is a hierarchy with an inner circle at the top, who deceives those below with lies, such as claiming a noble agenda; thus, duping them into following a web of compartmentalized complicity.
The Committee of 300 is one of many dozen groups. Most have no public-facing name recognition. They are all order-takers, just like the government politicians, media, academia, medical, legal and religious leaders. All are many layers, miles downstream from the real power players.
We will never know the names of those at the top. They have zero need, let alone desire for any celebrity notoriety. Those at the top are the BELIEF SHAPERS in all aspects of life. They set the agenda, devise the deceptions and then hand them down to their underlings for dispersal. The names we know are several steps down from the BELIEF SHAPER underlings, who hand them to the advisors/handlers of the known players. The known players just carry out the chosen agenda. Such is the way it has been for many millennia.
Every call for justice of known actors is effectively "shooting the messenger", all of whom are low-level lackeys at best. The BELIEF SHAPERS have an endless queue of these low-level actors to fill the public roles. They keep "winning" indefinitely until humanity realizes how deeply brainwashed they are in thousands of beliefs that just aren't true.

Most humans "think they know" on so many subjects but have yet to even make an effort to examine and differentiate between "what they know" and "what they believe". The two are world's apart. BELIEVING is not "knowing".
The "elephant in the room" BELIEF that dominates humanity at the moment is the IDEA that we need RULERS of any sort. Our RULERS will just continue to make up new RULES (deceptively named "laws") until the masses see through the deception. Our Founding Fathers did the best they could to eradicate this destructive BELIEF and their efforts worked for about 80 years until the Civil War coup, where the global "rulers" regained control of the United States.
Rulers, by definition, are violators of free will. Violation of free will is at the core of all of humanity's problems.
For the record, John Coleman was a great researcher and "conspiracy realist". He identified many of these "ruling groups/bodies" not known to most people, but his efforts, like Carroll Quigely, Bill Cooper, Jordan Maxwell, Eustace Mullins, Ezra Pound, etc. had not yet gotten to the core of the onion/source.
"The Great Awakening" happens when we-the-people, individually snap out of the delusion and BREAK THE SPELL of the need for RULERS. We're still quite a ways off from this realization. Until enough realize this, things will continue to proceed as they have for the past many millennia.

Is no rulers supposed to mean no rules? Because that doesn't seem like it would be a more peaceful society or world.
Has humanity ever lived in groups/tribes/communities without any rules? You've been subjected to a lifetime of brainwashing by our "rulers" (mis-leaders) who have manipulated humanity to such a degree, the majority ask this very question. Why? Because they want you to BELIEVE you NEED "them".
Their manipulation tactics are so transparent once you understand their playbook. The primary tool they use is changing the meaning, definition and/or interpretation of words. They did exactly this with the word "anarchy" which now means "chaos, disorder, unruliness" according to our lamestream dictionaries. And yet, the word "anarchy" is a simply constructed word where "archy" applies to "rulership", like monarchy, oligarchy, patriarchy, etc. The "an" prefix means "no". So An-Archy literally means "NO RULERS".
We were all born with the innate understanding to not harm one another. Causing wrong, harm or injury is a learned behavior in human civilization, the result of our severely debased consciousness perpetrated by our "rulers" throughout all our major institutions.
The "Golden Rule" is the ONE and ONLY "rule" needed. Everybody understands ti intuitively.
Imagine living with "no rulers" right this moment. Would you behave any differently than you do now? Would you run around harming others, stealing, assaulting, mistreating? Of course not. Nor would 99% of humans. The primary people doing this are our "rulers" who generate our major wars and conflicts. Not to mention, all the brainwashing they generate in media, academia and government institutions that drive many humans to behave in ways contrary to their natural state of being.
Due to humanity's massively debased consciousness at this time, there will still be the need for "law enforecment" and the imprisonment of violent criminals. But this doesn't require any "rulers". This is the job of sheriffs and PEACE OFFICERS....not "POLICY" officers, defending the policies and rules that are made up by our rulers. This is precisely how all our first 13 independent nation states were structured. The elected "sheriff" was the "top authority" in the lives of the community, held accountable by the community. The state governor was several steps down in terms of authority. And the "President of the United States" was a mere afterthought, who only managed the activities and affairs of the federal (contract) government (service bureau) and had nothing whatsoever to do with the daily lives of his EMPLOYERS, which are we-the-people.
Note that you and I never had a choice to have "no rulers". We were forced to choose between rulers. In law, this is known as an "unconscionable adhesion contract", meaning you are given no opportunity to participate in society without agreeing to it, through threat of force and violence.
Everything our DE FACTO (by force) government does revolves around these adhesion contracts. All of which are morally debased. All of which are, in truth, violations of the free will of humanity. Violation of free will is the source of all our problems.and the signature behavior of the "ruling cabal". All rulers, be it presidents, prime ministers, congressmen, senators, etc. are constantly violating human free will.
As long as humans "do no harm" to others, everybody is free to "pursue a life of liberty and happiness". This is the way life on earth was always meant to be, but it was usurped many millennia ago by a highly aggressive group of entities that are rapidly losing control as we speak, but still maintain power in our institutions.
Their power dissipates even faster when more people realize they don't need to give their power away to them, as they've been brainwashed to do. Thus, our freedom is a function of mass public awareness. It won't come any other way. No "ruler" is going to give up their perceived power by eliminating his/her position. We-the-People are simply going to show "no confidence" in them by ignoring their fraudulent systems of control.
