I was assuming that you meant the hack woild be perceived as us declaring war
The fact that the host is foreign it is likely the owner is also foreign. I was not referring to the smart people that figured out how to change the HTML. Thank you for clarifying. Foreign hosts should not be allowing anti-ICE to be organizing attempts to obstruct the agents. Plain and simple.
