Step one: cut off all financial aid to illegals, no snap, no phone, no housing etc. Step two: Deport every single illegal possible, they might even self deport if step one is implemented.

Four steps to secure a final win:

Make employing an illegal a felony chargeable against the business owner, CEO and senior management team.
Make selling or renting a dwelling to an illegal a felony.
