You cannot fly out of this country with that much cash LEGALLY. If TSA found the cash in suitcases, why wasn't it confiscated and treated just like drug cartel cash? Something here smell like BS. Go get 10 thousand in cash and try to fly out of the US with it and see what happens. I don't believe they are letting suitcase of cash just pass by without somebody get a large financial reward/kickback!
