I can't say for certain (well, I could, if I searched for hours for this specific thing), but it seems likely.
Last time I searched through the DOJ releases(around Christmas), was pretty time consuming, just to verify the spoiler tags instead of redactions thing(it was true for many documents, but not all, or even most, and yes there were redactions that didn't seem justified under law).
