Unfortunately, the public has been lied to numerous times in the past just to keep stability or to manufacture narratives. Even if there was something there that could pose a threat, chances are the public would be the last to know if at all. There is a track record.

The wording of the announcement on its face appeared contradictory. That was simply my point.
