Statins can lead to dementia. Like GG Rockz said, you need cholesterol. I actually lowered cholesterol by doing more exercise and eating a high fat diet, losing weight in the process. It's not an issue of high cholesterol, but rather why isn't the cholesterol being synthesized into hormones.
your body needs cholesterol. for immune and nerve function, also hormone balance.
your body doesn't need polyunsaturated fats - can't use more than a trace amount. And atherosclerosis is caused by inflammation. stop eating poison chemical food.
statins are linked to dementia and neuropathy... as well as other nervous disorders
Statins WILL destroy your liver. That's why they do constant blood tests when you're taking statins, they're looking for signs of liver damage. Then they'll switch you to a different statin until that one starts to damage your liver. It's not a matter of IF statins will destroy your liver, it's a matter of WHEN.
Cholesterol is vital for your brain, to make every hormone your body needs to function correctly, and to repair damage to the interior linings of your blood vessels. Among many other things. Lowering your cholesterol dramatically is just another way for them to keep you chronically ill and in need of their expensive medications.
I was given statins before I knew better. After two weeks I could not get out of bed for joint stiffness. I threw them down and told my doctor they were causing me hurt constantly. He poo-poohed it away and told me to try again. I did one thing, I found a new doctor. I started doing research on statins and it is all over the internet if one will just look!
Yes, I agree that we need cholesterol and statins were just another one of the globalists lies in contributing to the demise of our health.
That said, look into red yeast rice which you can get as a supplement: https://www.webmd.com/cholesterol-management/red-yeast-rice
I presented with the classic statin adverse outcome. My doc then changed the statin; same results. Red yeast rice was next with exactly the same issues. I fired my doc and refused statins and, in fact, the problem is in my medical record. I’ve been fine ever since. I’ve lost sixty pounds since getting retired in December ‘19. This has made more of a positive impact on my overall health than almost anything else.
Take nothing.
Your body and brain needs cholesterol.
Mine is high and I eat healthy and fight the doctors all the time.
