"He sent it to himself"... for folks that don't understand how this works... He sent it to himself and BCC'd Gates so it doesn't show up in the email form. In the corporate world, this is a way to send out a broad communication without risking some idiot hitting reply all instead of reply and accidentally involving the whole company in a random response. What Gate's is probably shitting himself about is that BCC probably included someone(s) else and he has no idea where that message may have went.
