Listen...If you're dealing with BIG money, international finance, money laundering for the clown bank & essentially running/directing black budget operations - like funding the Mujahedeen "off the books" - You can pretty much 100% KNOW someone doing that is read into the program...

Maybe this needs to be spelled out for those that don't put 2&2 togedder....
