Even without that mark...

Look at the size of the center person's head in relation to the other two...

If it was an illusion of perspective, the center subject would be closer to the camera... not further away.

We know he has a long face ... but that's just overemphasized here....

Plus, pic is blurry as fk but clearer ONLY around the center subject.
