And, through their wars, they keep the population down across the world. They accomplish it through their policies, funding, and propaganda, which selectively chooses men from the population of disadvantaged Americans (racially and economically). Those selected are not only much more likely to die (a hidden internal eugenics program), but through their propaganda, convince these sad saps to kill other racially and economically "disadvantaged" human beings all over the world, furthering their eugenic Malthusian agenda.
