President Donald Trump’s frequent criticism of wind turbines’ fatal effect on birds was confirmed again in dramatic and symbolic fashion with the gruesome death in Minnesota of the country’s iconic symbol — an American bald eagle.
The University of Minnesota is facing a penalty of more than $14,000 after it was discovered that a green energy initiative funded by the Obama administration was responsible for killing the bird at its Eolos Wind Energy Research Field Station in Dakota County, according to Fox News Digital.
I'm sure all those radical anti-ICE protesters in MN are PETA people. Any chance they'll go protest this? Or are they not getting paid to protest that cause?
$14k is nothing in the scheme of the grants they are receiving. The grants need to be rescinded. Wind turbines kill all birds!
There isn’t an energy source in the world that doesn’t kill wildlife… I think we need to at least acknowledge that before we complain about wind turbines killing birds.

“Renewable energy” is a farce. It all has terrible environmental effects. Dams for example. Require flooding of habitat and existing settled villages. Windmills kill birds. Solar evicerates habitat for all kinds of animals and insects. It’s a whole game of look here at what I’m doing to save the environment and ignore what I’m doing to destroy the environment.
