Yes, as they were walking themselves to the gallows. Handcuffed and hood in place before the trap doors are opened!
I don't know. People are waking up but the perpetrators all seem pretty protected and comfy. FBI and DOJ have been sitting on this info for years. A few interrogations and follow ups would lead to a lot of answers but they seem content to sit on their hands.
I would take what you suggested, even interrogations and follow-ups. Otherwise they may not be aware when they are caught; or that they are even caught.
