Wanted to ask: is there any connections between the Q movement and video games? Excuse if it sounds like a silly question, was just me wondering.

Not exactly, when referring to the overall anon community. However, there was more than one bun using various videogames as descriptors and references.
The most notable was probably the "Punished Trump" theory back on the original /Qresearch board. The theory was based on the MGS5 punished/venom snake story narrative (Trump revenge arc) but anons ended up attributing many story arcs from all of the Metal Gear games to explain a variety of habbenings and DS fuckery over the years.
There have been other references of course, Deus Ex comes to mind. Or, alternative example would be when anons discovered DS players using obscure Star Wars Galaxies forums and in-game chat for comms. The MGS bun/notable is probably the most widely remembered and recognized game theory relation to the overall Q phenomenon though.
My vote for a videogame symbolizing the Trump story is "Tembo the Badass Elephant." In the game you play as an elephant and go around rescuing kids from a hostile invading military called the phantom army.
