I do 99% of my Rumble watching on a computer and use J K L and space to <<, >>, and pause.
So a few weeks ago I replaced my old Dell touchscreen AIO desktop with an Asus NUC and 27" monitor and I noticed J & L weren't working as expected. A few days later they were, and then again not. So I noticed working/not-working in intervals of me fat fingering the keyboard and just now deduced it down to if Caps is on, Rumble is cap sensitive and only accepts them lower case.
The wireless keyboard I use doesn't have a caps lock led, trying it on my laptop clued me in on this. At first I'd thought it was Shift + Caps... WTF?! But nope, just Caps.
It also could just be Windows 11, but the transition from a touchscreen to non-touch took me several days of trying to touch the monitor and realizing that doesn't work anymore lol
I use linux and I find that rumble crashes quite a lot on brave browser.
If I stop the video, I often can't re-start it and I have to start a new tab with the url and find my way back to where I was.
I use a Mac with Brave browser and all I notice is a ten second delay before a video will play. I assumed that it was avoiding adverts. (It doesn't crash.)
Yes, I also get that delay.
Huh, surprising. I had a MS Surface Go dual booting with Pop_OS, Brave played Rumble fine all day long. Not that it was my primary device, but no problems.
Maybe it's my VPN throttling the data.
Could be, I don't use one. Is it all the time or periodic? Maybe they throttle during heavy use.
It's a free option, they throttle all the time and probably don't have their best equipment on it.
I disable the capslock entirely, useless key.
I don't use Windows so I can't test it, but I found the following page which describes how to either disable it entirely, or turn it into another shift key so it doesn't stay activated.

The caps lock key is EXTREMELY USEFUL IF YOU ARE AN ANGRY LIBERAL!!!

I'm on windows 10, and it doesn't work for me either if my caps lock is on.
Yeah, that's weird. YT doesn't do it, beyond that though I'm not sure what/if any other video services use J L.
Honestly I wasn't aware of J L until Rumble, and if I recollect they worked before the arrows which is how I found that.
