Where is the rest of the email? Obviously, he was asked a question? There is NO WAY you can claim he's talking about Trump in this email.
This was probably the entire email, but we're missing the context and what it was in reply to. This could easily have been about anyone that happened to be at dinner with Trump. Which dinner was it? Official dinner? etc. If so was this regarding Biden maybe? Hillary? Both as plausible as Trump IMO.
