What sort of magic do you think the Quran or Bible has that they're capable of creating laws in their favor simply because someone was sworn in on them?
If just swearing in on a book had some sort of actual effect on our laws, we would be a seriously hard core Christian country, seeing as how often the Bible is to swear people in. Do you think that all the laws in this country are Christian?
People swearing in on the Quran or the Bible is meant to show that they're serious about what they're doing. To swear something on your holy book (Quran, Bible, whatever) means that you're risking your God's wrath if you lie while invoking their book. (Obviously this is for those that actually believe in whatever book they're using.)
Why would you want a Muslim to swear in on the Holy Bible, when they have no respect for it? Do you think the Bible has some sort of magic truth telling lie detector juju going on and it will suck the soul out of people who lie, something like from Indiana Jones and the Lost Ark?
This type of thing just makes zero sense to me. Swearing in on a Quran isn't going to give them some magic ability to create laws that are unconstitutional. Stop with all the silly fear mongering and be thankful there are people out there who fight for the Establishment Clause (colloquially known as Separation of Church and State) so that the government will not show favoritism to any religion.
People loooooove the idea of having a country run on religion...until the possibility of something they don't personally agree with pops up. Then it's all doom and misery spiraling.
The issue is islam is not a religion. It is a governing system, with goals of killing infidels. Stated numerous times in the quran. They are working to infiltrate all types of agencies in the USA to push their ideology and push out non muslims.
It’s been in the works for centuries. The crusades weren’t offensive…they were defensive pushing back on invaders.
That's a whole philosophical outlook on it. I'm not interested in debating if it's a religion or not.
The US government recognizes it as a religion. Which is a good thing, because it brings the Establishment Clause into play.
That's all that really matters here. The US recognizes Islam as a religion, thus any laws made in order to promote/enforce/whatever the content of that religion (designated as such by the US Governement) is automatically deemed unconstitutional by the Establishment Clause.
What is the highest form of being unfit for elected or appointed office in these United States of America?
Not being able to take the oath, or honor the oath, to uphold and defend the Constitution. That eliminates Sharia supporting Islamic people, and Communists right off the bat. Those ideologies are 100% contrary to the Constitution. The Constitution is not optional.
Unfortunately, nothing in the US Constitution prohibits Muslims or non-Christians from taking the oath of office or serving in government positions. 🤷♀️
Actually, it does. If you cannot swear (or affirm) an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution (loyalty) then you are ineligible and unfit for office. Just because that fact has been ignored by our government, and forgotten by the people, doesn't make it any less true. An oath is a solemn, formal promise, often invoking a divine being, to speak the truth or faithfully perform a duty, which is legally enforceable and backed by the criminal penalty of perjury for any intentional falsehoods.
Anyone currently in office that is operating outside of their limited Constitutional boundaries can be removed from office for violating their oath of office and betraying the public trust. Quo Warranto is one of the methods to do so.
It isn't about religion, it is 100% about loyalty and having no other allegiances to foreign powers or any other organization or individual that violates that loyalty and oath to abide by the limited delegated powers afforded by the Constitution. It also has nothing to do with the object or book they use to swear in with,
The founders decided to require an oath for federal and state officials—absent a religious test—in the Constitution, but the specifics—such as the wording of the oath—were left to the First Congress (1789–1791). In its first act, Congress specified the wording: “I, A.B. do solemnly swear or affirm (as the case may be) that I will support the Constitution of the United States.” This oath was used for all federal officials except the President, whose oath was prescribed specifically in the Constitution (Article II, section 1, clause 8).
In order to become an American citizen when you legally immigrate to these United States of America, you are required to take the Oath of Allegiance to the Constitution. Key Principles in the Oath of Allegiance are:
A promise to completely give up all loyalty to leaders and governments of other countries where they were a subject or citizen before.
A promise that they will protect the Constitution and all laws from all enemies, from other countries, or from inside the United States.
A promise that their loyalty is to the United States only.
A promise they will use a weapon if the U.S. government asks them to.
A promise to serve in the military performing duties other than combat if the U.S.
government asks it of them.
A promise to do other non-military work that is important to the country if the U.S.
government asks it of them.
A promise, before God, all this without influence from anyone or hesitation.
Again, anyone who took that oath and betrays it, or did so fraudulently, is subject to revocation of the citizenship they were granted and deportation.
Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America:
"I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God."
These oath's matters, and are NOT optional, nor is it forgivable to betray those oaths.
You’re adding a requirement that isn’t in the Constitution.
Article VI explicitly says no religious test can be required for office. The only requirement is to swear (or affirm) to support the Constitution.
A Muslim, Christian, atheist, or anyone else can take that oath. If they later pass unconstitutional laws, courts strike them down. If they violate their oath, there are legal consequences.
Disqualifying someone because of their religion is the one thing the Constitution clearly forbids.
It isn't about religion, it is 100% about loyalty and having no other allegiances to foreign powers or any other organization or individual that violates that loyalty and oath to abide by the limited delegated powers afforded by the Constitution. It also has nothing to do with the object or book they use to swear in with.
You cannot become a citizen if you cannot swear loyalty to the Constitution either. That is a fact, whether you choose to believe it, or not. Either way, I don't care. However, one of the main reasons we are dealing with the shit we are today is widespread ignorance of the people in regards to the principles upon which our Constitutional Republic was established.
Sharia and Communism both are disqualifiers for government service under our Constitutional Republic. It is that simple.
“We may be tossed upon an ocean where we can see no land -- nor, perhaps, the sun or stars. But there is a chart and a compass for us to study, to consult, and to obey. That chart is the Constitution.” ~ Daniel Webster (1782-1852) US Senator
“There are in fact four very significant stumblingblocks in the way of grasping the truth, which hinder every man however learned, and scarcely allow anyone to win a clear title to wisdom, namely, the example of weak and unworthy authority, longstanding custom, the feeling of the ignorant crowd, and the hiding of our own ignorance while making a display of our apparent knowledge.” ~ Roger Bacon (1220-1292)
Opus Majus, 1266-67
“The trouble with most folks isn't so much their ignorance, as knowing so many things that ain't so.” ~ Josh Billings [Henry Wheeler Shaw] (1818-1885) American humorist and lecturer
This is the problem with all the muslim being pressed into USA government. Look at the UK, France, Germany…they’re in the end stages of their culture being erased.

What to Expect: The Effect Of Muslim Population Growth on a Society

What happens to society's as the Muslim population grows in percentage of the total?
In the book, Slavery, Terrorism and Islam: The Historical Roots and Contemporary Threat, written by Dr. Peter Hammond, he explores the topic of the impact that an increasing Muslim population has on that society. The lists below illustrate the Muslim population status of countries around the world, and exactly what changes to the societies can be expected according to Hammond.
The book as well as the author are controversial, but the topic is definitely something that needs to be explored and understood. From the book: As long as the Muslim population remains around or under 2% in any given country, they will be for the most part be regarded as a peace-loving minority, and not as a threat to other citizens. This is the case in:
United States — Muslim 0.6%
Australia — Muslim 1.5%
Canada — Muslim 1.9%
China — Muslim 1.8%
Italy — Muslim 1.5%
Norway — Muslim 1.8%
At 2% to 5%, they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, often with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs. This is happening in:
Denmark — Muslim 2%
Germany — Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom — Muslim 2.7%
Spain — Muslim 4%
Thailand — Muslim 4.6%
From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. For example, they will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature halal on their shelves — along with threats for failure to comply. This is occurring in:
France — Muslim 8%
Philippines — 5%
Sweden — Muslim 5%
Switzerland — Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands — Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad & Tobago — Muslim 5.8%
At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves (within their ghettos) under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islamists is to establish Sharia law over the entire world.
When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions. In Paris, we are already seeing car burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats, such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam. Such tensions are seen daily, particularly in Muslim sections, in:
Guyana — Muslim 10%
India — Muslim 13.4%
Israel — Muslim 16%
Kenya — Muslim 10%
Russia — Muslim 15%
After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches and Jewish synagogues, such as in:
Ethiopia — Muslim 32.8%
At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare, such as in:
Bosnia — Muslim 40%
Chad — Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon — Muslim 59.7%
From 60%, nations experience unfettered persecution of non-believers of all other religions (including non-conforming Muslims), sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia law as a weapon, and jizya, the tax placed on infidels, such as in:
Albania — Muslim 70%
Malaysia — Muslim 60.4%
Qatar — Muslim 77.5%
Sudan — Muslim 70%
After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some state-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out the infidels, and move toward 100% Muslim, such as has been experienced and in some ways is on-going in:
Bangladesh — Muslim 83%
Egypt — Muslim 90%
Gaza — Muslim 98.7%
Indonesia — Muslim 86.1%
Iran — Muslim 98%
Iraq — Muslim 97%
Jordan — Muslim 92%
Morocco — Muslim 98.7%
Pakistan — Muslim 97%
Palestine — Muslim 99%
Syria — Muslim 90%
Tajikistan — Muslim 90%
Turkey — Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates — Muslim 96%
100% will usher in the peace of ‘Dar-es-Salaam’ — the Islamic House of Peace. Here there’s supposed to be peace, because everybody is a Muslim, the Madrasses are the only schools, and the Koran is the only word, such as in:
Afghanistan — Muslim 100%
Saudi Arabia — Muslim 100%
Somalia — Muslim 100%
Yemen — Muslim 100%
Unfortunately, peace is never achieved, as in these 100% states the most radical Muslims intimidate and spew hatred, and satisfy their blood lust by killing less radical Muslims, for a variety of reasons.

Yes..."Wake Up"
Wake up to the reality that we already lost our country long ago & that NOW we a fighting - standing on the precipice - to get it back.
No elected official does our will & hasn't for decades.
They don't obey OR enforce existing laws on the books or care much for justice, unless it's "justice" that favors their agenda using lawfare.
So yeah..."Wake up" - Indeed!

This would be a good time for Texans to remember The Alamo.
Why why is this even allowed in America?
It isn't. The Constitution forbids it since it is wholly incompatible with Sharia and Islam.
I know... that's why I'm wondering why Texas if all places is allowing it.
