This is how I can tell you even without Q telling me AJ was a bad actor trying to subvert the plan.
All this talk about Q, yet he never just...read the Q drops for his audience?
Think logically.
He spends so much time printing out websites and showing them on an angled camera shot to appear "more legit" to his mentally-challenged cult. Why not print off the drops and read them?
His pattern indicates two dimensional thinking, captain.
