Human beings built it all. It is less important which race built it and much more important as to what are you going to do with what was built. If any country built something (like a food supply) and then in-turn allocated most of it to one race vs another then that is indeed an issue... and a one that can be easily solved.
The fact is, all resources in any country should be focused on all human beings in their country without regards to anything else other than they are all human beings. If any country makes their decisions based on one demographic verses another then the bias is obvious.
Under God, all are created equal. What does that mean to you? To me, it means respect is given to every soul equally. Is your interpretation different? If so, please enlighten us.
