The good news. Their energy is low frequency. It only thrives there. The wattage is low. When comparing energy levels, there is no contest, high frequencies are 100 times stronger than the lower frequency energies.
The problem we have always faced is this: They have their energies focused, controlled, nobody is allowed to sway off target. We, in-turn, have implied our consent their "sway" by doing nothing. We appear united in their sway... but we aren't!
We haven't aligned like they have... yet! But we are about to. We out-number them by 8 billion, 200 million people. 1 % infected (worldwide) is only 83 million people.
The exposure that is going on is to align this 8.2 billion people and unite us (not control us).

This I believe, is why there's such a push for "low energy" living/activities - like sex, drugs and rock & roll (not really, but yeah - really)
These things have the effect of pulling your consciousness down low, into your "lower self" aka "animal self" and below the higher frequencies of your "higher self". Anyone familiar with energy work, Reiki, Laying on of Hands etc will understand.
Low enough and you become accessable. For example your body shuts down with enough pain, low vibrational trend, at that point you can be 'entered' posessed. In addition, the adrenochrome consumption is only part of it the other nutrients serve particular benefits. The sole or soul itself has been scientifically proven to hold 'weight'. Its been proven upon 'death' the body becomes physically lighter. In the vampire movies they are showing you them enjoying 'the essence' the low vibrational soul leaving, being captured and consumed and here you find two competing frequencies, one very low and one very high. David Ike talks of this and its in the short presentation on the post I made today with the 'Blackboard' in Epsteins works. They have a formula they are working with, a scientific formula. Jumped back in to point out that Jehovah oversaw Jesus being sacrificed as the last to be performed, ever , for all mankind. The new standard and in this supposition Physical Israel became Spiritual Israel only to be found through the Son. Obviously terrestrial opportunity was opened up for everyone, nobody was more pissed than the Israelites and existing Jews that do not accept Jesus as the Messiah. This breeds hatred and defiling of every way imaginable to hurt God just as the Demonrats try to hurt all things MAGA. Your looking for the early connections to when satan was cast out of Heaven, after Jesus on earth. Rituals before that were asked for, they were specific. Those after Jesus had the intent and mechanism you are looking for, in other words what did satan demand and remember, OTHERS were thrown out with him that wield and demand power also ! Icke has been hit or miss for me. There's a lot that you need to filter and chuck. What reminded me of the whole "eating of flesh" in relation to Icke, was his 5+ hr long interview of Credo Mutwa, the last Zulu shaman to undergo the full thwasa initiation...In that interview he mentions they "ate the flesh a grey" to become like them...(the "gods") and other stuff. A good listen if you've got nothing else going on...
