Two things. Here's the first: after reading the comments and your responses, I believe you don't acknowledge the existence of supernatural forces in the same way that others do, i.e. you're a skeptic when it comes to phenomena that cannot be explained in purely material terms. That's fine, but you should be aware of the fact that others, whether through prayer or mushrooms, have experienced phenomena beyond the material. Some things are true even if no material explanation exists. In that regard it is fair to say that "to those who believe (or know) no explanation is necessary; for those who do not, no explanation is sufficient." You may simply have to accept that others, including the evil Epstein-like characters, act under the belief these forces and consequent phenomena are real.

As to the specific formulas and methods of accessing them, most here don't want to ask those questions because they don't want those answers, preferring the more beneficial and advisable method of prayer. I used to be a skeptic of anything paranormal, but different experiences eventually led me to pray for God to send me signs. He gave them to me, but the record is in my heart and mind, and can't be removed and exhibited for a physical demonstration.

I often advise people to pray for signs that God is real. I am certain that such phenomena on the darker side are real too, but proving either type with only physical evidence is a near-impossible challenge.

The second is: in terms of physical provable explanations, Sleepydude, some years ago when he was active on the board, did quite a dive into monatomic gold, an unstable isotope of gold, including its health benefits, availability in nature, and methods of obtaining and isolating it for use. You can search for it using the term "monatomic" and possibly other sleepydude posts with adjacent titles around the same time periods. The recap is that it has tremendous and demonstrable medical benefit, and that it only exists in nature in very small quantities within the human brain (pituitary gland iirc), and that the concentration of this isotope is the measurement of the quality of adrenochrome. His digs appeared to demonstrate that the concentration happened to be greater in children, and in people from areas with higher relative concentrations of gold (actual normal gold) in the soil, like Haiti. He mentions that running blood down the step pyramids of the Aztecs was another harvesting method, leaving a useful residue of this isotope of gold for a brief time. It was a very interesting read, and would speak to the specifics you are looking for, at least in part.
