There isn't a better regular military organization who's better equipped mentally or emotionally to deal with bullies than the Devil Dogs. AND they're the only regular military organization that 1) answers directly, and only to the POTUS, and 2) is the only regular military organization that can operate inside the U.S. as a policing force WITHOUT having to worry about posse commitatus.
