Thanks for the reminder frens, I'm due for my 6 month ivermectin and fendbenzanole cleanse. Try it even if you aren't having issues, it's amazing how good I feel after a 3 day fast and good dose of horse paste.
Yeah. Have you heard that diabetes is caused by a parasite too? They say Cassia (Asian) cinnamon in warm water gets rid of it. I must admit, I feel way better taking it, especially before bed.
Might have to try that, I should cut out sugar but that ain't happening anytime soon. I gave up drinking, that's already a better path away from becoming diabetic
First, I am not a doctor. But on rumble there was this advertisement about it. So first I did some research. I have a herbal book as well. The Asian cinnamon works best according to my herb book. I take 1/2 teaspoon in a mug of hot water, stir and let it steep. Some people boil and steep a 4 or 5 bunch of cinnamon sticks in a pot of water. Some folks add honey, I don’t feel the need. I drink it before I go to bed. It is suppose to lower your blood sugar. If you are already a diabetic, you should consult a doctor or herbalist. I have been drinking cinnamon water for about a month now. I feel good. I also take IVM periodically when I need it.
Some people will flush with something, lemon juice, cayenne pepper in water etc. but I just take ivermectin and fenbendanzole twice a day until both tubes are out then fast for 72 hours. I drink lots of water and that's it. You know it's working when your pee is no longer clear and starts looking orange. That's your sign that your body is getting rid of a bunch of toxins and you need to drink even more water.
I'm sure you could read up on more that others do but I'm in my forties and fairly healthy so my system works for me and it's cheap. I eat steak, cheese, butter, lots of milk and smoking is my last vice left. I'm no model of health but I try... some. Exercise, sunshine, read more and watch less movies. Progress not perfection.
Almost what I do myself. I am 69 and still rocking.
I eat like you aswell.
Suger, I switched to dark brown and trying to use xylitol sweetener made from North American hardwood trees but fail often when a good strong coffee is near lol.
Helps maintain a neutral pH balance in body.
My dad is 67, knees replaced, some wear from work but mostly due to obesity. He's been losing some weight and trying to eat more healthy. I keep encouraging him, there are no fat 100 year olds. I see some your age that are spry and act younger and some your age that I wonder if their card is getting pulled next week, I don't want to be the second one.
Everyone told me to take care of my body cuz you only get one... I didn't listen, drugs, drinking, partying and beating up my body in various other ways. Nothing like getting a little older and seeing people who are 60 looking 40 and others who are 40 looking 60 to make me want to change.
Glad you are in good health fren, I'd buy you a cup of coffee if I could.

Thank you. Worth a try. Husband doesn’t like pharmaceuticals
How do you do the cleanse?
