the first known cancer causing occupational hazard was chimney cleaners getting scrotal cancer due to the soot lodging in the folds of the nut sack because they would strip naked to clean the chimneys. I looked it up and soot does not support parasites so that seems at least one case of legit cancer

So I think perhaps we shouldnt outright deny cancer exists as a disease but definitely parasites are one of its causes
