When I first saw the list there were a couple names on there that I felt certain would be backing the Save Act. I thought at the time they may have come out against it just to see how many traitors would get the courage to announce.

Susan Collins wasn't one of those I expected to back the legislation. In fact she did exactly what I expected. I think once she put her name out there; she got shown the evidence, and told to play ball or else.
