Great if true. One problem I see is if it isn't codified by CONgress there will be several judges waiting to smack an executive order down. They may wait a few weeks to do it so the timing is such that an injunction will stop it for the start of the primaries.
Of course that also means it could get an expedited look from SCOTUS, but who knows how they would rule.
Ideally the Save America Act makes it through. The executive order is an "ok" option if the law doesn't pass, but it won't make it a day before an injunction is granted.
That's what I want done next - a ruling from SCOTUS saying a single judge doesn't have the authority to issue sweeping and binding orders for anywhere other than their jurisdiction, and something that allows the judges to be removed when they ignore the law or SCOTUS orders.
