There's also a lot of other issues. For example, there's no pre-count tapes showing the machines were zero'd out, and the closing tapes weren't all printed and signed. And they don't have all of the images from count-date, some are from the audit where they double scanned ballots.

That's enough for me to say toss the whole thing out.
