I want to be abundantly clear about the DOJ memo released tonight: Citing "Work Product Privilege" will NOT save the DOJ from releasing all the Epstein files. I'm not an attorney and even I know this won't hold up in a court of law.

RE deliberative process privilege, it would not cover factual information, which is missing from the files. If they can give the names, then they can give them in unredacted files. The list is an admission that they can remove those redactions.

Furthermore, federal agencies have already waived privileges with the information they've already disclosed redacted and unredacted.

If there is an active investigation or prosecution the DOJ can indeed cite these privileges, but not when they've concluded their investigation and decided no one is going to jail, no one else will be prosecuted and after they wipe their hands clean, etc.

Meanwhile, the DOJ claims in this report that 'no records were withheld or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary.'

Then explain this: an internal FBI email from March 17, 2025 shows agents requesting 'clear and specific guidance' on redacting photographs depicting 'former U.S. Presidents, Secretary of State, and other celebrities' from the Epstein files.

So which is it? You didn't redact to protect the powerful, or you needed specific guidance on how to do exactly that?

Your government is withholding information and files whether it's SDNY, FBI, CBP, CIA, DOJ or elsewhere.

Also - they're missing names on the list disclosed this evening.

At this point I'm not convinced the Epstein files is a comprehensive collection of everything Epstein. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me more like bait and a red herring.

You could create a file called Little St James and fill it with everything related to activities on the Island, and just leave Epstein's name out of. Then build a case around that while the MSM chases and tries to dismantle any legal case built on the "Epstein files"

The public nor congress will ever see everything. Per Q 80% of the judgements will be handled privately using dark ops and 20% will be made public for justice. Otherwise the world would collapse.

If I didn’t know any better. It’s looking like Congress is trying to stir people into taking matters into their own hands. In the guise of a moral crusade. Which would have the added benefit of silencing anyone who may have inconvenient information about members of Congress who maybe affiliated with friends of Epstein and or the organization but not directly involved with Epsteins activities. Dead men tell no tales after all.

We’ve already had two Congressmen deliberately release the names of 4 innocent men who names were deliberately redacted in the public release. But appeared in the classified unredacted version Congress had access to. Because they happened to have the misfortune of appearing in a lineup related to the case. Stirring up Internet lynch mobs.

Congress is a corrupt morally bankrupt cesspit. That largely prioritizes their own self-interest and the interests of their donors over the Country and their constituents. That includes the ones on ‘Our side’. Something to always keep in mind when they start spouting off about moral outrages.
