I bet you can't guess why Switzerland wants to do this

I tell you, seeing a headline like this in DW, I am just at a loss for words as to why the peaceful, famously neutral Swiss people would ever consider such a thing:

Many years ago, we were in Switzerland on our honeymoon. We found the Swiss people to be very snooty and superior acting. Guess they aren’t so uppity with all the Muslims/illegals in their country now, committing rapes and other felonies.
