There's no "Operation Skywatch" that has been announced publicly by the President or RFK Jr.
Not even a whisper of it beyond some very questionable blogs.
As best I can tell, this is completely fake news. The only actual Operation Skywatch was from back in the 50's. Those of you with grandparents that were in the civil air patrol are familiar with that one.
