This is normal weather interference. The antennae are very sensitive to wind vibrations and local atmospheric electrification like from lightening. Before drawing interpretative conclusions the local atmospheric effects must be identified as well as microphonic noise from wind-induced vibrations. I have been monitoring Schumann Resonances for years. Non weather related anomalies don't look like this. Nothing to see here.
