The way the law works, it’s applied to everyone under its jurisdiction, equally. You can’t do something to someone you aren’t sympathetic with, then turn and decry them for doing similar to someone they aren’t sympathetic with, and suggest they’re wrong for it while you’re justified.
We have been (even through our infiltration), and need remain, with law and order.
A good potential option for expulsing them seems to be that they’re under a primary jurisdiction whose values are incompatible with constitutional jurisdiction, and need to leave as such, or face charges.
I’ve suggested here for a while that we might could have threads dedicated to putting together cases for trial and testing them. We have to clean up this mess by the book, though.
