How about NEVER?
Retarded people in CA not understanding that the $120B+ (state+fed) stolen to build the "high speed train" (so far) could have rebuilt/demolished ALL current railroad track infrastructure in the whole f**king country FOUR TIMES, including manufacturing of all the rails once.
Somebody needs to fact check better or is in on it ?
