I say let the company file bankruptcy. When I was a kid, the schools used local photographer businesses. There was none of this huge cloud storage and data trail of information linking back to any children.

They say they adopted this model out of convenience and demand but no one I know utilizes it. They just pay the money and wait for actual photographs..... same as the old skool way of things.
