That is completely false. These people quite literally eat children for breakfast. Not panicking when confronted is trivial for any B actor, much less a true psychopath. Your statement is based on what you would do, or what a five year old with their hand in the cookie jar would do. These social reactions do not apply to the people who rule the world.
I'm not saying it's her. However, it does look a whole lot more like her than the other picture. (Not to mention that the person with her does look a lot like her brother.) It is right to be skeptical. But it is foolish to ignore the fact that we live in the fucking Matrix. A true skeptic doesn't say "It's not her." I a true skeptic, a true investigator, says, "I don't know what the truth is, Here's what we know." and leave it at that.
