You have to have been paying attention to news about Obama's presidential library.
"Excerpts from President Barack Obama’s 2015 speech commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Selma to Montgomery marches are inscribed on the exterior of the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago. The text, displayed in five-foot-tall concrete letters, wraps around the upper portion of the 225-foot-tall museum tower."

This effort is particularly ironic, since Chicago Public Schools literacy rates hover just under the 20% mark. This latest will not help.
And nothing in that message makes sense. What a pile of wasted garbage, but then that is the word for Obama... garbage! Nothing 'we' about him.
