Trump should have dozens of people waiting in the wings to come join the State of the Union Address. If there are 30 empty Democrat seats... then fill them with 30 patriots who want to be there.

Democrat lawmakers might feel strange about sitting beside victims of illegal immigration... but that's their problem. If the seats are empty... then fill them with those who want to attend.

I think there's actually a rule that says only the elected person can ever sit in that seat, but yeah

Trump can't help it if extra visitors wander in, see an empty seat and occupy it. He doesn't need to stop the State of the Union Address for that.

Afterwards, Democrats can complain.
