Supposedly Spanberger out performed Harris in 95% of the counties by a significant margin. And won Loudon County huge. Loudon County had been red until the last few elections. Big tranny controversy in Loudon at the time. And there are a lot of very conservative counties in Virginia. Plus the black candidate didn’t pick up any additional black votes. Less than Kamala, who actually was 0% black.
