IMHO it looks like Bill and Hillary are being paraded before the world to demonstrate that nothing will happen to them or any of the deepstate pedos, since even top-tier puppets like them can lie for hours under oath and then waltz out to enjoy caviar and truffles aboard their yacht staffed with naked third-graders.
