Maybe not. The operative word is elected. Since the election was stolen, the Supreme Court could provide the relief of another term. The operative word being relief. I don’t think that will happen, but it scares the democrats. I think Biden’s presidency will be annulled and Trump will get all of those diamonds, which include 4 years of judges, a justice and other appointees.

The annulment precedent will be set and then the Obama presidency will be annulled and the diamonds returned.
