Has anyone noticed that when Barry Bonds was famous for stealing bases and being really fast, he was on the Pittsburgh Pirates, then later when he got famous for taking steroids he was on the San Francisco Giants (SF also being famous for pirating things) where he played at Candlestick Park?

His name is Bury Bonds.

Seems comms potential. Did they move bonds from the Pittsburgh Fed to the SF Fed in order to hide them?

On second thought, forget “potential”, he faced off against Mark McGuire. Mark Son of Guire. Guire means Dun Colored. What’s Dun?

The word "dun" originates from Old English "dunn," meaning "dark-colored" or "brownish-gray." It is also related to the Middle English term for making persistent demands for payment, possibly linked to a historical figure known for collecting debts.

Then, a figure known for collecting debts was competing with a man who was trying to bury bonds to see who could run home more after stealing Bases, St. Louis or San Francisco?

What is a financial base?

A financial base is the technical interest rate and other financial assumptions used for calculating the premium and other mathematical provisions. Central Banks use the base rate to encourage or discourage spending.

Was someone was demanding payment on debts, but they preferred to bury them, and not only bury them, but to juice the amount outstanding to astronomical numbers to keep the demanded bonds hidden? Mark played for St. Louis, another Federal Reserve Branch city.

When a bond is delivered for regulatory review, it is marked.

Does anyone remember Mark’s neck suddenly dissolving after he retired?

Approximately 0% surprised if the Marked Up % was equal to the inflation rate or home runs or some total during the Juiced era.

Where is Juice made, Florida? In the Miami Branch of the Atlanta Fed, perhaps?

Didn’t all this happen just before the tech bubble?
