I have noticed the shift as well. Not surprising. In fact, expected. People continue to take Trump literally. Take him seriously, but not literally. I have said from the beginning that there are several main objectives involved here. The nuclear angle was just one to have the cover for so called negotiations until Trump could get his ducks lined up. Nuclear was the only one that the Iranians were willing to discuss at the time, so that was where the focus was. Fine. We all knew those negotiations were about strategic stalling on both sides, while at the same time, claiming to be trying to reach a diplomatic solution to save face and provide political cover.
The administration has been clear about what they wanted from the beginning and they have never backed off regarding those objectives. This is not about missiles alone - it never was. Missiles are only one objective of an overall strategy. Nuclear capabilities, missiles threats, proxies, and the treatment of the Iranian people - possibly even regime change. All of them must be dealt with and are part of Trump's vision to finally deal with the ME situation while at the same time, putting Beijing on notice. Xi has been crapping his pants since the fall of Maduro and now Iran. The CCP's false sense of security has been shaken to the core and it is really starting to show within China. Cuba may be next. The CCP's destabilizing reach is being dismantled one piece at a time - starting in our own backyard.
None of the objectives involving Iran has changed. The administration is currently shifting the narrative focus to missiles because that is the biggest threat right now on the minds of most - especially to everyone in the region. But missiles were always on the table along with all the other threats. Once the missile threat is dealt with, the focus is going to shift again to something else on the list or possibly something new that is added.
Iran is just one link in a chain of moves that Trump has made to disassemble the globalist order. Most people however, tend to see all these things as separate events and thereby fail to take in what Team Trump is actually trying to accomplish. That includes viewing these events together through an unbiased lens of preconceived dogmatic thinking that has already created a narrative that waits for events to validate that narrative. When I sit back and view the larger picture here, it is absolute genius, well planned, and executed. Lots of moving pieces all at the same time under one overall strategy. Absolutely brilliant and amazing. This is about a great deal more than just Iran.
