I have always thought he carried an album around of photos, mementos of all the people, dogs, cats, perhaps children that he and his crew had "motivated" over the years, used it to motivate others. Tje very typical reaction by a guilty man. Throws an incredulous smile like "thats all you got?" A tinge of humored relief because he knows there are much worse pictures. Now he has to wonder if the really HAVE IT ALL.

I think his reaction has been rehearsed and done deliberately to disguise any possible feelings of guilt, remorse, regret, etc. Similarly with the Hillary interview video.
