Just like legal pot was going to eliminate illegal grows and trade…and fund schools.
Illegal pot is more prevalent now since the legal pot is taxed to typical dim ridiculousness. Schools are worse than ever and claim to be underfunded…barely any pot tax gets to schools. DUI is through the roof. Skiing under the influence makes a day on the hill frightening.
