Actually I suspect this will end up in Florida as part of the ongoing RICO case. The only way they can change the venue from where the crime(s) were committed is if they were part of a larger crime (like a RICO case) and the venue can be set anywhere the crimes were committed. Since part of the RICO crimes were committed in FL it is a no-brainer.

I don't believe I saw anything yet that the autopen stuff is going RICO but this is a good sign that it is. If they kept that in DC we would immediately lose a huge opportunity to fix some of the crap done to the country under the autopen administration.
