Tulsa Police arrest former teacher accused of having inappropriate relationship with student
The Tulsa Police Department said they've arrested a former middle school teacher who has been accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
People hide behind their skin all the time and some are good at hiding who they are.
Retired high school teacher here. My fellow teachers and I told our administrators for YEARS that one particular teacher was an issue, we gave details, the students knew, the girls were aware and did their best to stay as far away as possible. All of the signs were there, dude would bring a camera to extracurricular events and take pics. We let the administration know the very first year that the guy was there, when it would have been very easy, no reason given, for them to get rid of him. They didn’t. A DECADE later, he had been moved to what we call the alternative school, where kids get placed for behavior issues. Still creepy af, he finally got charged for stalking a kid outside of school, it wasn’t the first time he did this, it was just the first time that someone decided to press charges. He got put on administrative leave and was finally dismissed from his job.
What most people don’t know is that instead of being turned in to the authorities when allegations are made against a teacher and administration is involved (happens on school grounds) the teacher gets told to voluntarily leave or else. So they just move and get to keep their teacher certification and get hired by another school district.
Either get heavily involved in your kid’s schooling and start attending school board meetings or get your kids out of school.
Rant over.
I went to the local school's Superintendent to ask if we could bring back cursive writing to our youth. He said NO. What a putz. All he cared about was going by the normal education protocol for this state, instead of what taxpayers are interested in. I dont have a kid in the district, but as a tax payer I figured I'd toss my two cents into the ring. I am still frustrated at this dude since two years later he is still in charge of the schools. How do you get rid of a school's administration?
You have to go to the school board and get their attention. It will take a lot of effort to get the school board to change the administration leadership. Your better option would be to get parents on board with your idea by showing them the data that kids retain information better by writing it down and that printing everything interferes with the learning process.

Yeah, make sure they are not democrats. Kek!
Simple, anyone with an Education Degree doesn't qualify to teach. The schools are incubators. Teachers are best sourced from those who have been successful in another area such as business, accounting, engineering and/or trades. They provide technical knowledge tempered by common sense and experience. IMO.
