I've lived in Minnesota my entire life (though if not for elderly parents, I would have left a long time ago).
I strongly believe that Minnesota is a majority red state (though not by a lot). Unfortunately, Minnesota is perhaps the easiest state in the union to control via election fraud because 60% of the population is based in one population center. It's a relatively small amount of geography within which to manage voting fraud and there's not a soul working in the Minneapolis or St. Paul governments that isn't a Democrat.
The entire rest of Minnesota with the exception of Duluth is deep red. But they have no voice.
