That appears to be actual film from a person on the plane. I'm sure he had his hands up, just had his phone in his hand recording at same time, lol. That's what I would have done.
I would've probably still been asleep with my head leaning against the side of the plane. Flight attendants have had to wake me up before because I slept through everyone else getting up.
