I see this on YouTube a lot, noticed the BS "new look" recently. Basically they're AI-generated videos (talks, interviews, etc) that use the rendered image of the person and their voice to produce lots of content. Whether or not the "cloned" person is aware of these or not is another story. I recently heard VDH say he encountered one(s) of himself and I've seen several of JP (with enhanced straight teeth) that are pretty obvious. The extent to which this is happening, to which individuals, if they're purely fake/plaigarized or used by the real person as time-savers, etc is unclear. Probably a variety if I had to guess.

Occam's razor says you are probably right. Get the AI to insert a cigar that floats 2 inches from his lips and waggles in a decidedly up and down manner.
This is beyond strange. Does anybody have a logical explanation for this other than jokes?
